I hope Lucius has a roll bar to stop him from getting squashed under the dune buggy. I would say a vehicle would have to be climbing an incline of at least 75 degrees to flip over backwards....unless you gave an irresponsible push on the accellerator!!!
I am concluding from the following picture that these men are pursuing Johny across the barren wastelands before finally caputring him?? (in an unregisterd vehicle?)
